We are seeking a motivated and professional Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to resolve past-due accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and help maintain positive customer relationships while supporting overall business operations.

What You'll Do

As a Collections Specialist, you will:

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and collect outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and provide solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
• Maintain a professional and respectful approach when discussing sensitive financial matters.
• Review and analyze account activity to identify payment trends and collection opportunities.
• Assist with the repossession process through phone and email communication.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with repossession drivers and shed dealers.
• Accurately document customer interactions, account updates, and collection activities within our system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and contribute to the team's success.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service in every interaction.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of collections experience .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Cave City, AR 72521 .

Preferred Traits

• Comfortable learning new software and technology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
