Serve Safe Dietary Aide
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Serve Safe Dietary Aide to join our team at Grand Villa Assisted Living in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As a key member of our dietary staff, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional food service to our residents. Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all dietary needs and preferences are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist the dietary staff with food preparation, portioning, and plating, as well as maintaining food inventory and ordering supplies.
• Interact with residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in meal deliveries, tray service, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
