Sepsis Quality Program Manager RN

Responsibilities The Sepsis Quality Program Manager (QPM) is accountable for the overall management, leadership, and direction of the clinical and operational activities of the Sepsis program at Swedish campuses. The QPM RN works with campus directors, unit managers, and other leadership teams to oversee daily operations of sepsis program initiatives, support compliance, physician and nurse education, sepsis documentation, and continuous improvement of patient outcomes. The QPM RN tracks and reports on the impact of sepsis care delivery on patients’ quality of life and collaborates across departments to ensure best‑practice standards are met. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school. Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire. Driving may be required; proof of driver’s license and auto insurance may be requested. Five years of professional nursing experience in Critical Care or Emergency Department with demonstrated clinical judgment and leadership. Preferred Master’s Degree in Healthcare. One year of experience as a Sepsis QPM RN, program manager, clinical leader, or clinical nurse specialist. Experience with electronic health record systems.
