35 Hours Per Week Responsibilities Medical Records Department Frequent prolonged standing/walking Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching. Moves/lifts heavy files. Files incomplete records/forms into file. Assists Physicians with completion of their records as needed. Qualifications A ssociates Required. 6 months to 1 year of experience in Medical Records Department.
