Who We’re Looking For:

1. Full-time agents only (no part-timers)
2. Licensed with at least 2 transactions closed
3. Ready to commit to daily team meetings and consistent follow-up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $96,000 – $300,000+ per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule, daily coaching, leads provided

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekend availability
