This role also manages employee records and day-to-day support while keeping all information secure. Responsibilities: Scheduling: Set up interviews, send calendar invites, book rooms or video links, and email candidates. Recruiting: Track applicants, prepare interview materials, and help with pre-hire paperwork. Onboarding: Prepare welcome packets, gather new hire paperwork, and help organize orientation. Record Keeping: Keep employee files, databases, and contact lists accurate and private. Documents: Write, check, and send out HR reports, forms, emails, and announcements. Events & Training: Help set up HR meetings, training sessions, and company events. Data Entry: Accurately update employee and applicant information in the system. Office Tasks: Handle mail, order supplies, process forms, and track department expenses. Communication: Serve as a first point of contact for HR by greeting employees, candidates, and visitors Education: Associate Degree High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree in administrative, business, or human resources coursework preferred Experience: 12 months Experience: Background in office work, customer service, or recruiting support is a plus. Tech Skills: Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and quick to learn new HR software. Communication: Clear writer and speaker who is polite, helpful, and professional. Organization: Able to manage time well, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Detail-Oriented: Careful and accurate when handling data, forms, and employee records. Trustworthy: Able to keep private employee and business information completely safe. Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well alone or with a team.
