Lead and support an assigned team to meet daily production, quality, and performance goals. Monitor workflow and work progress throughout the shift to ensure deadlines and finish times are met. Direct, train, and assist team members with daily tasks and operational procedures. Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity within the work group. Use company operating systems and automation tools to track work, enter data, and manage production activities. Communicate daily priorities, expectations, and updates to team members and management. Identify workflow issues and help implement solutions to improve efficiency and performance. Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members. Assist with staffing needs, task assignments, and workload balancing throughout the shift. Troubleshoot basic operational or system-related issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and team performance. Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a positive team environment. Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations and customer requirements.
