Job Description Job Description Five Element Wellness Center is seeking full-time or part-time Licensed Massage Therapists for our Coral Springs and Weston offices. The ideal candidate is available to work evenings and Saturdays, delivering client-centered care focused on relaxation, wellness, therapeutic pain relief, and holistic healing. Our team members customize treatments, communicate clearly, and contribute to positive patient outcomes within a supportive and flexible work environment. Responsibilities Assess client needs and customize massage treatments accordingly Perform professional massage therapy sessions focused on wellness and therapeutic relief Document each session thoroughly using SOAP/intake notes Communicate effectively to set clear expectations and maintain patient connection during sessions Contribute to treatment planning and provide professional recommendations for next steps Maintain sanitation standards and ensure client safety Support scheduling, booking, and related administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications Completion of accredited Massage Therapist educational program Licensed Massage Therapist certification Strong communication and client needs assessment skills Proficient in SOAP note documentation Excellent time management and customer service abilities Ability to adapt treatment approaches based on client feedback and condition Physical stamina to perform therapeutic massage sessions Commitment to sanitation and clinic standards Company Description We are pleased to introduce you to Five Element Wellness Center, where we combine the time-tested science of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine with innovative medical solutions to help our patients achieve long-lasting health improvements.
