BAYADA Home Health Care in North Carolina is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team serving Wilkes and Yadkin counties. You will work with adult and geriatric clients in their homes as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to help keep patients at home.
You will use independent clinical judgment, perform wound care, medication reconciliation, and adapt plans to changing home environments, while maintaining
