What You’ll Do Host and guide trade clients through personalized product selection appointments Build lasting relationships and support clients across multiple projects Manage proposals, orders, and follow-ups with a strong sense of ownership Stay up-to-date on vendor lines, product specs, and new offerings Maintain showroom standards — keeping displays current, samples organized, and the studio presentation-ready Support business development through networking, referrals, and client outreach What We’re Looking For Experience in a high-end showroom environment is required Interior design, kitchen & bath, or architectural hardware experience is a plus Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized and accountable — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable in a fast-paced, small business setting Self-motivated and eager to grow within a close-knit, design-forward team Why J&L Hardware?
