$1,884+ Weekly Earnings | Home Daily | Daytime Routes | No-Touch Freight

Bear Pack Logistics is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for our Grove City, OH operation!

Enjoy consistent weekly earnings, daytime regional routes, and the opportunity to return home every day. Our drivers operate modern, well-maintained equipment while hauling 100% no-touch freight.

Pay & Bonuses

$1,884+ typical weekly earnings
Approximately $98,000 in annual earnings
$40.50/hour overtime after 40 hours
$3,500 full-time sign-on bonus
$1,250 part-time sign-on bonus
Monthly performance bonus opportunities
Pay increases based on tenure
Earnings protection when qualifying scheduled runs are canceled

Home Daily – Daytime Regional Routes

Home every day – no extended OTR stays
Daytime dispatch between 6:45 AM and 11:00 AM
Typical workdays of 8–10 hours
Regional routes throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee
100% no-touch freight
Drop & hook loads
No hand-loading or unloading
Modern automatic Freightliner day cabs and sleeper tractors
Well-maintained equipment

Schedule

Full-time drivers must be available to work six days per week, including at least one weekend day.

Mandatory six-day schedule for full-time positions
Typical workdays of 8–10 hours
Daytime dispatch between 6:45 AM and 11:00 AM
Home daily
Part-time opportunities also available
Based out of Grove City, OH 43123

CDL-A Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Doubles endorsement required before start date
1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years OR 5 years within the last 10 years
Safe and acceptable driving record
Must meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
Reliable and professional work ethic
Able to consistently report for scheduled daytime runs
