Logistics Documentation Coordinator

As our Logistics Documentation Coordinator, you’ll keep order fulfillment humming by producing clean, complete paperwork and supporting leaders with reliable administrative operations.Morning rhythm: setting the pacePrepare, print, sort, and distribute shipping labels, packing tickets, routing paperwork, and all related order documents.Verify addresses, quantities, item details, and shipment data for completeness and precision.Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure documents are ready exactly when needed.Prioritize documentation based on production timelines, shipping schedules, and customer commitments.Midday momentum: keeping orders on trackUpdate tickets when orders include substitutions, backorders, cancellations, shortages, or other changes.Spot documentation errors and route discrepancies to the correct team for resolution.Assist with troubleshooting printing, system, inventory, and order-processing issues.All day long: building reliable operationsMaintain spreadsheets, databases, tracking logs, reports, and operational records.Enter and update information with care while safeguarding confidential company and employee data.Track vendor invoices and support invoice documentation and reconciliation.Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.Compile operational information and prepare reports requested by facility leadership.Order and track employee uniforms, office supplies, and other facility materials; monitor supply levels to avoid stockouts.Prepare correspondence, format documents, schedule meetings, and assist with general office coordination.Answer and route incoming calls, greet visitors, and respond professionally to routine questions.Provide administrative assistance during peak periods or when other departments need extra support.Contribute to audits, special projects, reporting assignments, and workflow-improvement initiatives.Tackle additional clerical and operational duties as needed.What you’ll bringHigh school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in administrative, clerical, office, shipping, or warehouse support (preferred).Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and the broader Microsoft Office suite.Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Ability to organize work and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Independence balanced with responsiveness to team needs.Clear, professional written and verbal communication.Comfort partnering with colleagues across warehouse, production, inventory, shipping, and admin functions.Reliable attendance and a consistent, professional demeanor.Willingness to learn internal software, procedures, and documentation standards.Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.Growth and cultureSupportive, collaborative environment where your work matters.Competitive compensation and benefits.Chances to expand administrative and operational skills.Clear potential for professional growth and advancement.A mission-driven workplace that values individual contributions.A culture built on teamwork, accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.Technical and domain proficienciesLabor Management Systems KnowledgeLanguage: SpanishStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Shipping/ReceivingWarehouse ExperienceGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Scheduling ExperienceRefrigerated Warehouse OperationsMicrosoft ExcelIf you thrive on organizing information, aligning teams, and nailing the details, we’d love to hear from you in Lebanon, TN. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
