Growth Marketing Specialist

The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing integrated marketing initiatives across both B2B physician acquisition (VitalMD) and B2C patient growth (TopLine MD). Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this role supports full-funnel marketing strategy through content development, multi-channel campaign execution, CRM-driven nurture programs, and cross-brand collaboration. The specialist works closely with Business Development, Operations, Content & Digital Marketing, and other teams to drive lead generation, engagement, and measurable growth across both brands. Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions Campaigns & Content Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing content and multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion across physician and patient audiences Write and edit compelling content across email, web, blog, social, print, and sales collateral, ensuring alignment with brand voices, campaign strategy, and business objectives Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, campaigns, and content with business goals and target audiences Translate healthcare and business concepts into clear, audience-focused messaging for physician recruitment and patient growth initiatives Manage content calendars, email marketing campaigns, and campaign execution through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking Develop sales enablement and brand assets including presentations, one-pagers, recruitment collateral, signage, and marketing materials consistent with brand standards Monitor campaign and pipeline performance, analyze KPIs and lead flow, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization Coordinate vendors, promotional items, and marketing collateral while maintaining organized marketing resources and documentation Provider & Practice Acquisition (VitalMD) Support B2B campaign execution across digital, content, email, and events to drive new business growth (physician/ practice acquisition) Assist in executing physician recruitment marketing programs, including lead generation, nurture flows, pipeline tracking, and sales support materials Plan and execute event marketing initiatives, including conferences, recruitment events, webinars, and industry engagement opportunities Manage event logistics and vendor coordination, including scheduling, booth setup and teardown, shipping, electrical, promotional materials, and on-site event support as needed Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign strategy, positioning, and growth efforts Manage brand materials and coordinate vendors for promotional items and sales collateral Execute account-based marketing (ABM) tactics to support practice-level engagement and conversion Support patient acquisition campaigns across TopLine MD practices through digital channels including paid media, SEO, website, and local marketing Assist in managing CRM segmentation and marketing automation workflows to optimize patient journeys, engagement, and conversion Support practices with adoption of new services and products to drive long-term engagement and growth Execute practice-level communication strategies and localized enablement programs to strengthen retention and utilization Assist in developing and executing P2P referral campaigns and partner with Ancillary Marketing to support referral growth to ancillary centers Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role Experience with marketing automation platforms; Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills with experience supporting lead generation and marketing funnels Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in the workplace Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills Self-starter with a creative, problem-solving mindset and strong customer service orientation Passion for mission-driven organizations and purpose-led work Healthcare industry experience preferred Ability to work in-person at the corporate office, as needed, and travel to sites and events up to 25% of the time Ability to lift, carry, and transport marketing and event materials as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
