Job Duties include:
- Completion of all tasks related to resident care and unit operation
- Encouraging resident's independence and participation in social activities
- Observing and reporting changes in resident's conditions
- Providing compassionate services and guidance to the residents
- Provides daily personal hygiene and care
- Charts electronically and on sheets (as needed) at appropriate times and at completion of tasks
- Ensures all supplies are adequately accounted for and maintains charge book as directed
- Accounts for all items used by residents
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Licensure: None
- Experience: 6 months in relevant field
