Role Description The Client Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in New London, NH, responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate client service and operational workflow. This role oversees daily client account administration, including onboarding, maintenance, documentation, and coordination with custodians and other financial institutions. The Client Operations Manager will monitor operational processes, resolve issues, and implement improvements to support a high standard of client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. The position collaborates closely with advisors and leadership to prepare reports, support meeting preparation, and maintain client records and systems. The role also involves responding to client inquiries, tracking service requests, and helping refine procedures to enhance consistency, reliability, and overall client experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess account activity, and support accurate reporting. Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and client service to build trust, resolve issues promptly, and maintain long-term relationships. Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to oversee workflows, improve processes, and ensure timely completion of client-related tasks. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with clients, custodians, and internal team members. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Finance to work effectively with investment accounts, documentation, and compliance requirements. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or an investment advisory environment is preferred.
