Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Preparing, organizing, and assisting in surgical procedures within the operating room
• Maintaining sterile fields and adhering to stringent infection protocols
• Providing instruments and supplies to surgeons and assisting personnel during operations
• Handling surgical equipment management before, during, and after each procedure
• Monitoring surgical supplies, ensuring everything is ready for optimal surgical performance
• Collaboration with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to deliver exceptional patient care
• Accurately maintaining surgical counts and documentation for procedural integrity

Education Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• A high school diploma or equivalent is a must

Certifications Needed:

• Possession of a current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential
• BLS certification (or ability to procure within 90 days of hiring)
