Part-Time, 3 Days per Week, 8:00am-5:00pm

What You’ll Do:

• Process daily customer communications through a custom document application and output them to Print Shop Mail
• Create templates and format letters for daily mailings, rollovers, solicitations, and ad hoc requests
• Run print shop equipment, including printers and inserters, to produce accurate, on-time mailings
• Process and ship business cards and digital color print orders
• Make sure all Mail Center output meets quality and timeliness standards
• Coordinate with field reps and customer service to provide printed collateral and training materials
• Help manage inventory of paper, envelopes, and equipment supplies
• Drive and deliver daily mail, including internal mail
• Provide back-up admin support to the Marketing Operations team on cross-functional projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable running print shop equipment such as printers and inserters
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Print Shop Mail, and Quadient Impress (or similar applications)
• Strong attention to quality and accuracy, with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and goals
• Team player who works well in a collaborative environment
• Valid driver's license and must be insurable
