Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Enters all run tickets in Allegro system, both internal trucking and outside contract trucking.
Receives daily loads from area producers and schedules them for pickup.
Enters truck mileage and barrels hauled into mileage report and EMP barrels report.
Serves as liaison with producers and other outside transporters.
Serves as liaison with HCOS employees and HR Department.
Responsible for all e-time payroll administration for the Atmore location.
Performs administrative work as needed: answering phone, typing, filing.
Assists HCOS management personnel with administrative functions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Two-year college degree or equivalent and five (5) for more years of related experience required and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be computer literate and detail oriented. Must be able to communicate in both oral and written correspondence.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver license.
