HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR/BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER

Complete Care Hours: Full-Time 1st Shift+ Weekends/ On Call (As Needed) Salary Range: $65K-$85K/year (based on experience) Benefits Competitive pay Full benefits package, PTO & paid holidays for 30+ hours/week Ongoing training & real career growth opportunities Responsibilities Lead recruitment and onboarding of staff Process new hires, ensuring compliance with LTC requirements Oversee payroll accuracy and timeliness Facilitate and mediate employee relations and labor-related issues Support department heads and the Administrator with HR compliance Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all federal, state, and local labor guidelines Build positive workplace culture through clear communication with staff, residents, and families Qualifications BA Degree in Business Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and guidelines for LTC/post-acute care settings Proven leadership qualities and ability to resolve labor issues professionally LTC/SNF experience is a MUST Computer proficiency required Business office management/billing experience Record cash receipts and maintain billing/financial information in resident files Manage resident trust accounts and reconcile balances monthly Collaborate with corporate billers and the Administrator on collections Assist residents with Medicaid qualification & Social Security a major plus Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and explain billing as needed Complete Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Complete Care
