About the job Sr. Design Specialist | Onsite | $70k - $80k We are partneredwith a leading company in Tulsa, OK, to help find a Design DevelopmentSpecialist to join their team. This Direct-Hire role offers exciting work withadvanced design tools in a collaborative and innovative environment. One of theunique aspects of this position is the use of a VR room for designing, whichadds a cutting-edge dimension to your work. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain detailedbuilding fixture/equipment plans and presentation exhibits. Serve as a technical resourceand mentor for junior design staff. Engage in project meetingsand site visits to gain valuable project exposure. Develop and maintain CADstandards and improve work processes. Provide training and supportto ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. Requirements: Minimum of four years ofdrafting experience in related fields. High-level proficiency inRevit. (most important) Nice to have AutoCAD, 3DStudio Max, and Adobe Photoshop. Desired Qualifications: Experience in architectural,equipment, and fixture-related drafting and design. Experience with siteimprovement plans, building plan development, and commercial projectconstruction.
