Position: The National Sales & Sales Assistant plays a key support role in the Sales Department, working directly with the General Sales Manager, General Manager, and Account Executives to coordinate sales efforts across our stations. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between rep firms and the station’s sales department. Support with local sales projects, promotional events, and presentations as needed. Provide administrative support to the Sales and Traffic Departments
• Enter and maintain national orders in WideOrbit Media Sales and Traffic. Ensure timely and accurate posting of orders, make goods, and reconcile discrepancies in billing. Track commercials that are preempted and reschedule said commercials.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administrative support, or account management preferred, however we will train the right candidate.
• Experience in Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Teams. Proficiency with Wide Orbit systems (WO Traffic, WO Sales, WO Connect) is strongly desired.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
