State Farm Agency in Surprise, AZ is hiring a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. What we provide $30k - $45k Base (depending on experience) Plus monthly bonus (on average our sales reps earn between 60k - 80k base plus bonuses) Paid vacation 401k with 3 % employer match Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office Schedule: 40-hour workweek; 8:30 - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (45 min. lunch). No late nights or weekends. Requirements Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
