Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (Entry Level)

Looking for an opportunity to begin a rewarding career in the dental field? Orange Dental Partners is looking for a friendly, dependable, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing multi-specialty practice!

We specialize in Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Pediatric Dentistry, and we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. If you're organized, eager to learn, and enjoy helping people, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

• Welcome patients and create a warm, friendly first impression
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments
• Confirm upcoming appointments
• Check patients in and out of the office
• Help patients complete intake and medical forms
• Verify basic insurance information
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate referrals and assist with general front office duties
• Support the team in delivering an exceptional patient experience

What We're Looking For:

✅ Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✅ Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✅ Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
✅ High school diploma or equivalent

Dental office experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in the dental field.
