Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage Client Caseload: Independently manage and maintain your therapy sessions, with the flexibility to work as little as 5 hours per week or up to 40+ hours, based on your preference.

• Conduct Assessments and Develop Treatment Plans: Use your expertise to assess client needs, develop customized treatment plans, and apply therapeutic techniques based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide Therapy and Counseling: Conduct therapy sessions using our user-friendly teletherapy platform, focusing on family dynamics, individual challenges, and relationship improvement.

• Utilize Therapeutic Tools: Leverage a comprehensive library of therapeutic tools and resources available within the platform, allowing you to enhance your practice and support client progress effectively.

• Maintain Clinical Documentation: Handle minimal paperwork by utilizing the platform's integrated documentation tools, allowing you to focus on client care rather than administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, from relationship issues to mental health concerns. Our clients are primarily screened for stability and low acuity, ensuring a manageable and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Texas .
\n
• No disciplinary actions on your license, affirming your integrity as a professional.

• Strong communication skills to foster effective therapeutic relationships with clients, families, and administrative staff.

• Ability to create a dedicated and private space for conducting therapy sessions remotely.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a full-time therapist with Gotham Enterprises, you can earn between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client load. Additional benefits include:
