In-Home Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) at Little Land Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym Make a Difference—Right Where It Matters Most Little Land Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and independent Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home services to children and families across the San Gabriel Valley. What You’ll Do Provide in-home occupational therapy services to pediatric clients Perform comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s unique needs Deliver engaging, creative, and functional therapy sessions within the home setting Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support progress outside of sessions Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with company standards Manage your schedule and caseload independently while maintaining high-quality care What We’re Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of California Experience working with pediatric populations Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills Ability to work independently and confidently in a home-based setting Creative, adaptable, and resourceful approach to therapy Organized, reliable, and self-motivated Excellent communication and caregiver coaching skills Why Join Little Land?
