Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Based in Christoval, TX, this 13-week contract opportunity calls for a skilled Pharmacy Technician to provide essential support in medication preparation and dispensing within a regulated pharmacy environment. Ideal candidates will bring a solid foundation in pharmaceutical compounding, precise medication handling, and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately compound, prepare, and process prescriptions following company policies and state regulations.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and supplies.
• Perform pharmaceutical calculations to ensure proper dosages.
• Label and package medications correctly.
• Identify, manage, and report medication-related incidents.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of pharmacy work areas and laminar flow hoods.
• Inspect and report on pharmacy equipment conditions.
• Keep detailed pharmacy temperature logs and cleaning records.
• Support overall pharmacy organization and compliance efforts.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Texas.
• PTCB certification.
• IV Certification.
