Overview:
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce support/administration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and basic configurations.
- Experience in ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes.
- Proficiency in reports, dashboards, workflows, and user management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with end-users and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
- Exposure to Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Components (basic understanding).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
