This position is located in Concord, NC. What You Should Know Our payroll department is a high-volume, multi-state payroll operation and we're hiring an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our team! Prior experience using UKG/UltiPro software and significant knowledge of payroll-related state and federal regulations is highly preferred! Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality ethics is required. What You Will Do Enter new employees/rehires into our system. Audit new-hire/rehire employee paperwork. Process garnishments and related required paperwork. Process separation paperwork for multiple systems as well as required federal/state paperwork. Update compensation and position changes. Process manual adjustments, update time system, and enter manual adjustments needed for accurate time keeping. Assist employees with payroll and benefit-related questions via phone, email, and POS messaging. Assist with maintaining employee and payroll/benefit files in both paper form and electronically. Qualifications Keen attention to detail Exceptional organizational skills Excellent customer service skills via phone, email, or in person Prior knowledge of UKG/UltiPro system is highly desirable!
