Key Skills Understanding federal, state and local employment laws Using basic Microsoft Office Suite computer and workforce management programs Effectively using scheduling software Responsibilities Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments. Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly demeanor. Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience. End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you. Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude. Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience. Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business, ensuring the right mix of experience and skills. Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates. Support team member and leader training needs and advocate for continuous learning. Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices. Be approachable and available, listening to team members and collaborating with appropriate leaders to take action as needed. Deliver all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption. Support your leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance. Work safely at all times; comply with safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct them where possible. All other duties based on business needs. Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. Requirements Accurately handle cash register operations as needed. Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance. Work in varying temperatures, humidity and other elements while performing certain duties such as Drive‑Up or carry‑out. Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift. Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks.
