Supply Chain Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting demand planning and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst Location: Maplewood, Minnesota Pay Range: $18 to $22 p/h on w-2 What's the Job? Execute transactional tasks supporting the Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) demand process Ensure accurate entry of demand data into ERP systems to facilitate inventory build requirements Maintain timely follow-up on requests and forecast transition from Phase Out to Phase In Prepare and deliver regular status reports on inventory build activities for leadership review Support data tool analytics to enhance supply chain decision-making What's Needed? Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel), SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, and Power BI Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and regions Analytical mindset with the ability to support data-driven decisions Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration Educational background in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or relevant work experience What's in it for me?
