Fire Sprinkler Project Manager

We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager who will oversee and manage fire sprinkler projects from inception to completion. This person will coordinate technicians, serve as client liaison, ensure code compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal person has a strong understanding of fire protection systems, project management experience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex fire sprinkler projects including installations, repairs, maintenance, retrofits, and inspections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, technicians, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Develop project scopes, estimates, schedules, and budgets; as well as monitor progress and performance.
• Ensure work complies with applicable NFPA codes, AHJ regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor scheduling, and field service dispatching.
• Support sales efforts by identifying service opportunities and providing recommendations.
• Support marketing opportunities through sales calls, networking, and other market related information.
• Work with customers to set up quarterly inspection schedules for the upcoming year.
• Send out inspection reports to Customers, AHJ’s, National Accounts Managers or others as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Education/Qualification preferred

• 5 years minimum experience in the fire protection industry, with a focus on fire sprinkler systems.
• Proven project management experience, ideally in a service-based environment.
• NICET Level II or higher in Water-Based Systems (preferred).
