Project Manager - MechanicalPosition OverviewTop ENR mechanical contractor is seeking multiple Travel Project Managers to lead top of the line national construction projects including healthcare, data centers, schools, energy facilities and more. The role focuses on delivering mechanical systems on time, on budget, and to quality and safety standards while coordinating with owners, design teams, contractors, and trades. The ideal candidate has strong Mechanical, HVAC and or Plumbing PM or APM background and a track record managing commercial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage mechanical construction projects through all phases: preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; drive on-time and on-budget delivery.Coordinate mechanical design and installation activities including HVAC, piping, and plumbing with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and trades.Serve as primary client contact; maintain strong owner and stakeholder relationships through regular updates, meetings, and progress reports.Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, building codes, and safety regulations; enforce site safety and quality standards.Conduct site coordination meetings, progress inspections, and quality assurance checks; identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Manage project close-out, commissioning, O&M documentation, warranty tracking, and punch-list completion.QualificationsBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years of mechanical construction project management experience, with successful delivery of commercial, healthcare, mission critical, energy facilities or similar projects preferred.Demonstrated technical knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.Strong experience with construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, change management, and contract administration.Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and multi-discipline teams on active construction sites.Proficient with construction management software and tools; experience with Procore and Bluebeam is a plus.BenefitsCompensation: $100,000-$175,000/year base salary plus travel per diem packageGSA rate travel per diemVehicle packageIndustry leading benefits package includes profit sharing program, healthcare, dental, vision Vacation/PTOBonusRelocation assistance for qualified candidates
