Busser - Orefield, Pennsylvania - Part-time Randall's Restaurant is looking for a Busser to join our experienced front-of-house staff. About the Job Randall's Restaurant is seeking a reliable Busser to support servers and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area for guests. Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area to support servers and ensure a positive guest experience. Clearing tables, resetting them with clean linens and silverware, refilling water glasses, and assisting servers as needed. Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area by wiping down tables, removing spills, sweeping floors, and emptying trash. Help maintain the overall appearance of the dining room by polishing silverware, cleaning glassware, and ensuring the dining area is tidy. Communicate with management and all other service staff effectively. Qualifications Our ideal candidate is well organized, can work well within a team, and is used to a fast-paced environment. The position is part-time and includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience is not necessary, and training will be provided. Requirements Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and equipment. Must be professional and positive and have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. Working with a sense of urgency is required. A clean and neat appearance is a must. Must be fluent in the English language. Must be 16 years old. Ability to stand/be on your feet for 5+ hours. Work Setting The position is part-time. Open regularly from Tuesday-Saturday (4:00 pm on). Private events may be booked outside our normal business hours.
