Our Opportunity Join the first off‑site package management solution for apartment buildings. At Fetch, we communicate directly with apartment residents to coordinate direct-to-door package delivery, ensuring a stress-free and convenient experience. What You'll Do Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery Lift parcels that weigh up to 150 lbs via material equipment or team lift Complete delivery routes up to 60% of your weekly work schedule across multiple apartment communities Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment Perform tasks requiring crouching, kneeling, and standing throughout shifts Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities during deliveries Lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessaryMaintain close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception required for safe driving Operate hand‑activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks What You'll Need Prior warehouse experience is a plus Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle A valid driver's license and a clean driving record A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps Clear and concise verbal communication skills Attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions What We'll Deliver On Competitive pay rates Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) AD&D/STD/LTD Paid time off Weekly payroll Salary: $19.77 - $19.77 per hour Fetch is an equal‑opportunity employer; all applicants will be considered without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, disabilities, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status or any other characteristics protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
