Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

No weekends Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with provided leads
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other Property & Casualty insurance products
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Make outbound sales calls and consistently follow up with prospective customers
- Build relationships with new customers and provide an excellent sales experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals
- Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings
- Competitive and motivated to succeed
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people
- Confident asking for the sale and closing business
- Goal-oriented and accountable for results
- Coachable and willing to improve
- Organized and able to consistently follow up with leads
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused
- Interested in increasing their income through sales performance
- Leads provided
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule
- No weekends
- Base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities
