Registered Nurse (RN) -Emergency Department

Registered Nurse (RN) – ED We are looking for a skilled and compassionate RN to join our 21‑bed Emergency Department in Kenosha, which treats an average of 100 patients per day. The role requires quick thinking, the ability to work efficiently, and a calm demeanor under pressure. Schedule and Compensation Hours per week: 36. Three 12‑hour shifts per week from 11:00 am to 11:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Pay range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour. Sign‑on bonus offered to those who have not received a sign‑on bonus from the company within the past 24 months. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association within six months of hire. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Utilize evidence‑based practice and clinical decision‑making to create the safest patient environment and deliver the best patient experience. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
