Job Title: Landscaper (General Labor)
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. This role involves maintaining outdoor spaces, performing general landscaping duties, and supporting crew operations to ensure high-quality results for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and maintain garden beds
• Assist with mulching, weeding, and seasonal clean-up
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license is a plus
