Associate Dentist – Mentorship & High Production Potential
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Compensation: $1,000 Daily Guarantee (First 90 Days) vs. 30%–34% Tiered Adjusted Production

Position & Schedule Overview

• Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)
• Pace: Manage 2 productive treatment columns alongside hygiene checks
• Robust Support: Dedicated team with 2 assistants per doctor and 5 hygienists shared with 1 FT, 1PT dentist
• Full Scope Office: General dentistry, root canals, implant placement/restoration, and comprehensive restorative treatment

Compensation & Incentives

• Daily Guarantee: $1,000/day initial guarantee for the first 90 days
• Tiered Pay Structure: Earn 30% to 34% based on adjusted production

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years clinical experience preferred (motivated early-career doctors welcome)
• Licensure: Active Tennessee Dental License (or eligible)
• Clinical Drive: Proficiency in or strong willingness to learn implant placement
• Patient Focus: Warm interpersonal skills, patient-first mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning
