Role: HVAC Sales Project Manager

Summary: This role is responsible for selling new installs to customers and managing sold projects until the customer is 100% satisfied.

1. Revenue Generation

What winning looks like:

Hit sales goals on a consistent basis and provide work for install technicians to complete.

What it will take:

• Take as many customer appointments as possible and sharpen sales skills to sell more projects.
• Leave an estimate with the customer on every appointment.
• Use follow up phone calls, emails, and texts to provide a seamless customer experience.

1. Project Management

What winning looks like:

Have all jobs completed on time with a happy customer, satisfied technician, and 40%+ gross margin.

What it will take:

• Complete all research, project preparation, and paperwork in a timely manner so that the warehouse, technicians, and dispatch have all the necessary information to complete the project.
• Inform management of sold projects immediately after the customer's approval.
• Conduct a follow-up visit after the project is finished to meet with the customer. Make sure they are satisfied with the project and ask for a referral.

Set an example for all company employees of excellence, success, and work ethic.

What it will take:

• Work with technicians to generate leads, maximize service calls, and provide value to the customer.
• Be a pioneer for company initiatives and events.

The right person for this role will meet the following criteria:

• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical(not required but strongly preferred)
• Motivated by the ability to make money and uncapped earning potential
• A team player in a competitive sales environment
