• Weekdays 8 am - 8 pm; weekends 8 am - 5 pm
• 30 - 35 patients per day
• All ages seen -- 6 months and up
• DOT certification required
• Procedures required -- DOT, suturing, and splinting
• Hospital privileges required
• Urgent care setting
