Journeyman Electrician (Licensed Only)

Raymond Construction Group LLC is seeking licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our team on a large-scale data center construction project in Iowa. If you're an experienced commercial or industrial electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to earn excellent pay while working on one of the nation's fastest-growing construction sectors, we'd like to hear from you.

No apprentices, helpers, trainees, or unlicensed electricians will be considered.

• $160 per diem for every day worked

What You'll Be Doing

This position involves all phases of commercial and industrial electrical installation on a large data center project. Qualified electricians should have experience with:

• Installing underground raceways and conduit systems
• Installing, supporting, and securing cable tray systems
• Electrical terminations for panels, switchgear, transformers, and equipment
• Bending and installing EMT conduit
• Installing conduit supports, strut, and hangers
• Pulling, routing, and terminating power and control cable
• Installing electrical panels and distribution equipment
• Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and construction drawings
• Following NEC requirements and project specifications
• Maintaining the highest standards for safety, quality, and productivity
• Working independently while collaborating effectively with other trades

Bilingual (English/Spanish) electricians are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must possess an active Journeyman Electrician license from one of the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

Your license must:

• Be active and in good standing
• Have been obtained by passing a state examination
• Have been held for at least one full year
• Be verifiable before employment

Iowa Reciprocity

Selected candidates must complete the Iowa electrical reciprocity paperwork during first-day onboarding. Our project team will assist you through the process.
