Century 21 Americana is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate agents and ensure transactions move smoothly from contract to closing. The Transaction Coordinator will manage transaction files, deadlines, documentation, communication, and coordination between agents, clients, lenders, escrow/title companies, inspectors, and other parties involved in the transaction.

The ideal candidate is someone who t akes ownership, follows through, communicates proactively, and catches details before they become problems. This position is critical to keeping transactions organized and providing our agents and clients with a smooth closing experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
• Review contracts and transaction documents for completeness and accuracy
• Track important contract dates, deadlines, contingencies, inspections, appraisals, and closing dates
• Maintain accurate and complete transaction files
• Communicate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, escrow/title companies, and other vendors
• Follow up on outstanding documents, signatures, and transaction requirements
• Enter and maintain transaction information in the brokerage's transaction management system
• Prepare and distribute transaction-related documents and notices
• Monitor transactions to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist agents with compliance requirements and brokerage policies
• Communicate closing status and upcoming deadlines to agents
• Work closely with the broker and administrative team to ensure files are compliant and ready for closing
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate transaction coordination and/or real estate administration,
• Strong knowledge of the real estate transaction process
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and real estate transaction software
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team
• Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude
• Nevada real estate experience or knowledge of Nevada transaction requirements is a plus

Requirements

• 3+ years of real estate transaction coordinating experience
• 3+ years of significant business and management experience in an operational role
• A track record for creating systems and processes and raising efficiency to meet company goals.
• Experience with integrating scalable computer systems and technologies preferred
