Job Description Licensed Physical Therapist (Per Diem/Part-time) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Locations with hours: Center City (1608 Walnut St) Rittenhouse Square (1919 Chestnut St) City Hall (1528 Walnut St) Business District (1800 JFK Blvd) We create the opportunity — YOU make the impact.
