Associate - IB Technology

Primary Responsibilities Directly support senior bankers with day‑to‑day transaction due diligence and execution Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing/new business pitches, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations Develop target lists for potential buyers, investors and strategic partners Conduct in‑depth industry research and trend analysis Perform complex financial modeling and valuation analysis Mentor and train analysts Required Background Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record 3‑5 years of investment banking transaction advisory execution experience Highly motivated, confident and passionate Lives in San Francisco or willing to relocate Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Desired Experience/Skills Support engagement teams in equity financing, sell‑side, buy‑side and general advisory M&A engagements, within the Technology Enabled Services investment banking group Create pitch materials Oversee due diligence The salary range for this role is $150,000-$200,000.
