Job TitleHourly Rate: $18.84 Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pmDESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY To coordinate parts orders, including ordering parts from supporting locationsRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIESOrder seats and all non-stock shrouds with Purchasing and coordinate all shipments for daily deliveries from the supplierEnter and move orders into Oracle for parts from other locationsTrack parts to ensure they are put in proper location to fill ordersCoordinate daily domestic handwritten orders and monitor and fulfill order status requests via emailReceive ordered parts and match them to ordersHandle incoming calls to provide customer service by tracking and giving status of orders to the customerEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to managementComplete the Annual CTPAT Security TrainingFocus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgmentWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectationsAssist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all timesPride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessaryREQUIRED SKILLSMust be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honestMust have the ability to: multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environmentMust have: read and interpret parts ordersRelentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvementA willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methodsBasic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent web navigation skillsPREFERRED SKILLSBasic working knowledge of Pride products preferredREQUIRED EXPERIENCEAt least 2 years of successful experience in Parts Shipping with Pride Mobility OR at least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office environmentPREFERRED EXPERIENCEAt least 2 years of experience providing administrative or service support in a manufacturing, production or distribution operation preferredCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferredREQUIRED EDUCATIONHigh School Diploma or GEDREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the futureDETAILSThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusiveIn exceptional circumstances, some of the physical requirements of this position may be modified or eliminated as a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities ActPride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® is an Equal Opportunity employer.
