What You'll Do

• Provide holistic nursing care to ICU patients across a range of age groups, including neonates, children, and adults
• Assess patient conditions, diagnose, and develop care plans aligned with standards and best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
• Implement nursing interventions and delegate tasks effectively to support staff
• Document patient progress and revise care plans as needed
• Participate in unit activities, including float coverage to other ICU units if required
• Promote exceptional, patient-centered care while adhering to safety and regulatory standards

What You Need

• Valid RN licensure in Minnesota
• Prior ICU nursing experience
• Strong assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts and float to different units

• Experience with neonatal, pediatric, or adult ICU populations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
