Financial Services Representative II (Lending)
Instep Credit Union
Help members achieve their financial goals by providing exceptional service, account assistance, consumer lending support, and teller transactions. This role combines relationship building, problem solving, sales, and financial guidance to deliver a seamless member experience. Responsibilities include opening accounts, promoting credit union products and services, processing loan applications, explaining loan decisions, assisting with transactions, and supporting branch operations. Qualifications Minimum 1.5 years of lending experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sales and relationship-building mindset This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making a positive impact on members' financial well-being. #J-18808-Ljbffr Instep Credit Union
