Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in a small critical access hospital setting. The nurse will manage multiple patient care activities across ER, inpatient, swing bed, observation, and outpatient therapies, ensuring quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver urgent and routine nursing care to patients in the ER and other hospital units.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs across diverse clinical situations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient charts, interventions, and outcomes.
• Respond efficiently to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Have previous ER nursing experience in a critical access hospital setting.
• Hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
