Purchasing Specialist
Location: Riviera Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Starting at $70,000+ per year (based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement experience, exceptional organizational skills, and hands-on experience using NetSuite ERP software.

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities for materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Create and process purchase orders through NetSuite.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain production needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Resolve purchasing, receiving, and invoice discrepancies.
• Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, accounting, and management teams to support operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP is required.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
