Dispersion Chemist

Job Description A large paint manufacturing client is seeking a Dispersion Chemist to join their team! This individual will be responsible for developing, testing, optimizing, and troubleshooting pigment dispersions used in a variety of coating and industrial applications. The role will focus heavily on pigment milling operations, formulation development, performance testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. This person will work closely with an experienced technical manager who values independence, problem-solving, and long-term career development while providing support for continued growth into a potential leadership position. This is a full-time permanent opportunity paying $65,000-$96,000 annually and requires 100% onsite work in Lansing, IL.
